Mike came up on Wednesday and fooled around with the Bike Party box quite a bit. Based on feedback from him, we have incorperated the updates below.
1) Increased the height by 3.5 inches.
The dimensions of the box are now:
Width: 17
Height: 29.6
Depth: 16.5
2) Decreased the depth of the mechanicals cabinet.
The internal void dimensions are as follows:
Top: 10.9 x 10.5 x 16 = 1831
Bottom: 2.0 x 11 x 16 = 352
Side (x2): 13.3 x 7.5 x 1.5 = 150 x 2 = 300
Middle: 10.7 x 13.3 x 16 = 2277
Total cubic inches = 4760
Total cubic feet = 2.75 (This is a major increase from the previous already great 1.96!)
3) Added internal casters.
These facilitate movement of the ~50lb box around a room on a hard flat surface and are not designed to act as wheels to tow behind a bicycle.
4) Added rubber feet and the outline for the top hat.

Everything is coming together nicely. Next stop is to cut a few of these to test how they sound.
